What file format should I submit my design in?


At what resolution should I save my photos and graphics?

Resolution should be set to 300 dpi.

What if I don’t know how to design?

No problem. We have a professional team of designers that can help you design your shirts.

How is my price determined?

Prices are determined based on quantity, placements, and colors.

What about ordering for groups? Is there a discount?

Yes, we offer bulk discounts.

Do you give discounts to non-profit organizations?


How much is tax for orders?

Tax applies only to Texas customers at 8.25%.

What methods of payment are available?

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Credit terms are available upon approval of credit applications.

Can you ship internationally?

At this time, we only accept domestic orders.

Will I get a tracking number when my order ships?


How long is turnaround time?

Typical orders take 3 – 4 business days after approval. We also offer same day services for additional fees.

Can you deliver my oreder if I am local?

Yes, certain restrictions apply.

Can I come pick up my order?


Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

Yes, as long as production has not started, setup fees will not be refunded.

What if I don’t like my order?

Our goal is customer satisfaction. If your order doesn’t match the digital mock-up you approved, you can return the order and ask for a reprint. We’ll be happy to work with until you to get the product you want.
